- How to Book
For information on availability, please fill out the Request Form or you may contact us direct via email at contact@villa-beausite.com, or call or text France +33 6 79 65 12 30. |
- Payment
Upon receipt of written confirmation of availability of the Villa during the period requested, you must pay a deposit of 30%. The reservation will be considered valid only after receiving this deposit. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. |
- Minimum Rental Period & Rates
The minimum rental period is usually one week, from Saturday to Saturday. In July and August, minimum rental period is two weeks.
The rental rates are per week. |

- Arrival & Departure
The arrival/departure times are as follows:
Arrival : Saturday after 4pm
Departure: Saturday before noon
Except by prior arrangement. |

- Security Deposit
Security deposit of 5 000 € is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period to cover service charges and any damage or inventory losses. The balance will be returned as soon as possible after the accounts are settled. |

- Cancellation Policy
In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation the following charges will apply :
- Within 7 days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.
- More than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period : Initial Deposit will be retained.
- More than 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period : 50% of total rent fee retained.
- Less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period : 100% of total rent fee retained.
